The common areas of The Lighthouse Inn & Suites were beautifully decorated and accessible, with plenty of comfortable seating that allowed me to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views of Long Sands Beach, which is just a short walk away.

The Lighthouse Inn & Suites had a beautiful breakfast area and welcoming rooms that were bright and soft. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and the bed was super comfy. Being a short stroll from the beach was a big plus for us!

The location impressed me, just a short stroll from Long Sands Beach. The room felt fresh and clean with inviting decor. Enjoyed the inviting pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast selection was decent, providing a nice start to the day, especially those carrot muffins. However, the parking situation could use improvement. finding a spot was often challenging. The noise from other guests at night disturbed my sleep. Despite that, the staff remained friendly and helpful throughout. I appreciate their dedication and hope for some enhancements in comfort. Would consider returning again.

The spot’s a culinary goldmine! Don’t miss the Long Sands General Store for light bites and a local feel. Plus, the outdoor heated pool was a sweet cherry on top! Talk about chill vibes with comfy beds and a tidy room.

It was just a nice choice for a weekend getaway in York with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. If you're looking for a decent, affordable place, this works.

We had a lovely time enjoying the spacious balcony and cleaned room during our stay! The heated pool was a perfect way to unwind, and the outdoor seating made breakfast so nice. One small thing to note, the bed frame creaked a bit, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 😊

The tea/coffeemaker and fridge in the room were great for making snacks. The kids loved the pool, which was spacious enough for play. Enjoyed having a little table outside to sip coffee while taking in the lovely garden view.
